Hadar Swerdlow Law · Effective June 19, 2026

This policy explains what information Hadar Swerdlow Law ("we," "us") collects through trademarkofficeaction.com and how we use it.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us through our intake form or by email: your name, email address, the application serial number, the response deadline, the USPTO Office Action document you upload, and any details you include. We do not collect payment information through this site.

How we use it

Confidentiality

Submitting the intake form does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. An engagement begins only when we both sign a written agreement. Once a relationship is formed, communications are handled in accordance with the attorney's professional duty of confidentiality.

How it is shared

We do not sell your information. We use a small number of service providers to operate the site and intake, including our form host (Tally), website host (Vercel), and DNS provider (Cloudflare). They process data only to provide those services.

Retention and your choices

We keep submissions as long as needed to provide the service and to satisfy the recordkeeping rules that apply to lawyers in Georgia. To ask what we hold, or to request deletion, email intake@trademarkofficeaction.com.
